"Bohemia Beat has a good chance
of becoming to intelligent singer/songwriters
what Sub-Pop became to grunge, and Windham Hill to New Age.

Jimmy LaFave

"LaFave is nothing if not a red-dirt
romantic.

Viewing the world from an open road and an open
heart, with one eye on the girl and the other on the
mythological lure of the highway. First it was
Woody Guthrie and then Jack Kerouac, now it's
LaFave and his brand of dirty-boots folk-rock...
Jimmy has the most expressive voice this side of
Belfast.... it's the music of Jimmy LaFave that really defines this part of the land."

Greg Johnston ~ Oklahoma City Gazette

Michael Fracasso

"Wow! Michael Fracasso manages to sound Forbertian, Dylanish, and even Everlyesque without also sounding derivative or stale.

When I Lived In The Wild is so good, maybe one day we'll be calling someone Fracassoesque."

Eric Fidler / Associated Press

Wyckham Porteous

"Looking For Ground" is a roots / rock masterpiece."

Associated Press

Abra Moore

1998 Grammy Nominee

Best Female Rock Vocal

"...an incredibly unique talent... she flutters around her songs like a butterfly, but isn't above throwing in a bee sting or two for emphasis. With tremendously strong backing musicians....

Sing is one of those records brimming with creative promise that leaps from your stack."
